Mail-In Trades

We're excited to start offering Mail-In Trades! Send us your games, consoles, and accessories and get a fair quote for either cash or store credit!

Please read the following rules before mailing anything to us:

• Please include a note in the package with your FULL NAME and a CONTACT METHOD, such as phone or email.
• Please make sure you have properly secured and packaged your items before shipping. We are unable to take items damaged in shipping.
• If you're not happy with the offer, no worries -- we'll mail it right back to you! We'll split the return shipping with you 50/50.
• You will have three weeks from the date of first contact to make a decision on our offer. If we have not heard back from you within three weeks, your items will be considered abandoned.
• We can send payment via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo -- whatever you prefer!

We accept nearly all video games, consoles, and accessories, from all generations, and from any region. Here's a couple of quick things to consider:

• All consoles must come with one 1st party working controller, power cord, and video cord to be considered for full value. Broken or incomplete items can only be taken in at a low "for parts" rate.
• We do not accept original Xbox 360 consoles or original PS3 consoles due to their high fail rate. Slim and later models are fine!
• Scratched games worth more than $5 are okay to send, and will be taken in minus a resurfacing fee.
